The FileVision Integrator collects Tenant’s name and ID from Housing management software and sends it to FileVision. Data stored in FileVision is subject to the same privacy and confidentiality considerations as they are in Yardi. Tenant provides explicit permission to housing authority to collect, store and release relevant information through several Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) forms including HUD-9887, Applicant’s/Tenant’s Consent to the Release Of Information.
